Talking and reading about this film I see that a lot of people just don"t get it. It"s not about the Manson murders, Sharon Tate, Rick or Cliff. It"s not about showing 60-70"s Hollywood. This movie represents exactly what it looks like trying to make it in the movie industry. At first you eat a lot of crap, and you do it for a long time. And then a bizarre random chain of events happen which then launch your career to the stars.

God bless Mr. And Mr Pits ???. 2:30 I shed a tear when i saw that scene. Ever thought about watching your own film in theaters? Brad Pitt- no Margot Robbie- no Leo- silently nodding.

An actor playing an actor playing a cowboy WTF

Fancy movie for a murder. The scene where "Sharon" is in the movie theatre and all excited that people were laughing at her parts was so cute and innocent. Makes you sad to know what happened to her. Apparently, according to Sharon Tate"s sister, Margot, the actress who plays her really captured the essence of Sharon Tate in her performance.

This was QTs best film since Pulp Fiction. For sure. Mama is so adorable you know what i mean????. Rumour has it Leo"s still waiting for his chance to talk. Best part of the scene for me was when Trudi meets up with her stunt double at 2:50 every actor needs a stuntman.

I cannot WAIT to see it. Not only is this gonna be the best summer movie for me, I also have a feeling its gonna be one of those Tarantino specials with a good soundtrack on top. Mamma mia. Clearly this film is not for everyone, it takes his time but is really exciting. The world that Tarantino offers is just magical. The acting is great, the two main roles are perfect, as is the technical aspect of the film.
Certainly one of the best
movie that Tarantino never did. The best movie of the year without hesitation. He did a dream within a dream, now hes doing a movie within a movie.

Cannot stand that guy.
Not sure why he thinks that once he receives enough of a salary he can stop trying.
The rest of the movie is bad also, but nothing short of the obvious fun Leo has being an actor.
Give me a break.

It was an excellent movie but even though the ending was happy it was sad as well, I really wish it had ended like that for real. No film rating yet hmm? Looks interesting yet I didn"t learn much about the story premise. Loved the movie, saw it four times already. Anyone else find Margaret Qualley super sexy in this movie? Even with the armpit hair ??. Ok but that blond in sex education DOES look like Margot. Tarantino should have done this with Margot Robbie on Sharon Tate. Estados Unidos, Reino Unido, 2019 Drama, Comedia, Acción In 1969 Los Angeles, TV star Rick Dalton and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth make their way around an industry they hardly recognize anymore. Quentin Tarantino’s ninth film features a large ensemble cast and multiple storylines in a tribute to the final moments of Hollywood’s golden age. Esta película no está presentándose ahora en MUBI, pero otras 30 increíbles películas sí lo están. Mira nuestra programación en cartelera Ver todos (63) FESTIVALES Y PREMIOS Academy Awards 2020 | 8 nominaciones incluyendo: Best Picture 2020 | 2 victorias incluyendo: Best Actor in a Supporting Role This superbly textured rendition of a prelapsarian Hollywood—for me the most pleasurable movie of the festival—turns the counterfactual gambits of Inglourious Basterds and Django Unchained toward more personal ends. Tarantino has a powerful sense of narrative form, and I find myself appreciating the large structures that he builds around the giving of pleasure and the qualification of it, even when the actual pleasures that are his currency don’t hit home for me. Dan Sallitt September 19, 2019 Once Upon a Time… in one movie… these people lived. And then the song ends. I know it’s a song, but losing yourself in music – it’s one of the great pleasures of life, even if it makes you cry, even if you know some songs aren’t always the way real life goes. But the feelings sure are real, and that yearning sure is real. This is a Tarantino masterpiece. Kim Morgan August 09, 2019.

Thats what hippies deserve. You said Manson picked up a couple of Manson girls a couple of times but meant to say Wilson. I can"t believe this movie has so much details about the 60s. Tarantino should make this movie so we can see Leonardo DiCaprio more. The guy interviewing them must be extra confident. I wouldn"t even be able to talk being in front such talented actors. Just go watch it. Everything about this film is phenomenal. From the musical choices, the dialogue, camera angles(the box office scene may be my favorite scene of the film) to how the mood changes based on which story you"re telling; Quentin has done it again. This film will be studied for years to come, guaranteed.

If theres one thing Ive learned from watching movies with Brad Pitt in them, its that you never do anything to piss off Brad Pitts character if violence is a way for him to respond. Aldo the Apache and David Mills are good examples of this also. (I have not seen fight club so dont spoil his character please. This is an amazing grasp of trivial pursuit floating around in the mind of Tarantino and his like but how many points does he get on the Kevin Bacon scale? ??. I lost it when brad pitt tried to quote Tex watson when he was on acid ?? I"m the devil and I"m here to do some devil shit lmao.

This point forward makes it 100% worth sitting through the entire 3hr movie. Where is Samuel L. Jackson and Zoë Bell.
